The Garmin ConnectIQ app (available for Android and iOS) offers free and paid watch faces, data fields, widgets, and apps from Garmin and third parties to further customize your device. The Face-It watch face app lets you customize your watch face with any photo from your mobile device. Download the app, choose an image from your photo library, add the time and set it as your watch’s face. Whether it’s a scenic view from your last hike or a picture of your new puppy, the Face-It app lets you add personality to your watch that’s uniquely you. In the Garmin Connect Mobile app on your smart phone find the Connect IQ Store selection in the more menu. Search the store for the field you may like. There are many options for searching. Make sure you are searching for a field that is compatible with your device. Select the data field you want and download it. I just launched a Garmin device watch face app online builder. Garmin App Online Builder (joshuahxh.com) It's still in beta testing stage. I'm still trying to figure out how to compile the app in Linux. In the meantime I'm just run a script to build the app once every seconds.
